OFF-SITE PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT
Kwanto uses in-house developed software to conduct risk management on long term projects.
The software is adapted per project and client needs, and produces the following:
Risk Registers for the project and for specific parts of the Work Breakdown Structure.
Top 20 lists for both qualified and quantified risks.
Monthly Reports and reminders (to-do lists, lists of overdue tasks etc.)
The software does not remove the use of some face-to-face risk workshops and site visits, but makes the risk management process more efficient.
Please contact us for a demonstration.
